Job Description

 

As a call handler your role is so very important as the first point of contact for our patients and/or contract customers (dependent upon the service you support). A kind and empathetic person, you will be expected to take control and be accountable for the given situation, treating every call with respect and providing confidence in our ability to deliver a great and caring service. As an integral team member, you will efficiently manage patient and/or contract customer calls, keeping them informed to the progress and liaising with your duty team leader as appropriate to ensure a seamless and first-class service is delivered. Above all else, as one of its six core values, PHL wants you to have fun at work!

Our client runs a 24/7-hour operation which by its very nature will offer opportunities for people around the clock. We are looking for a variety of out of hours/weekend only working, weekday working and shift patterns incorporating all the above.

Due to the location own tranpsort is essentilal.
