Job Title: Climber (Arborist)
Location: Bradford on Avon, Wiltshire HQ
Salary: £28,500 – £40,000 (dependent on experience)
Holiday: 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Perks: Quarterly Team building activities.

Start Date: From 1st June 2025 (or as per candidates availability)

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Climber to join our team of arboriculture professionals. Working within a 2 to 3-person crew, the successful candidate will carry out a range of tree surgery and maintenance tasks while ensuring safety, precision, and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Carrying out climbing and aerial tree work in line with safety and industry standards
• Supporting ground operations and site maintenance
• Upholding health and safety protocols at all times
• Maintaining a professional and productive working environment

Requirements:
• Highly motivated, dependable, and enthusiastic
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work
• Possession of the following certifications is essential: CS30, CS31, CS38, and CS39
• Full UK driving licence
