Here's the good news...

The bar is VERY low.

We have around 150 followers and haven't posted for months. So we're not expecting you to transform us into the next Starbucks overnight. If you can make us look slightly less rubbish on social media, you're already doing brilliantly.

We're looking for someone creative, curious and interested in social media who'd like to learn by actually doing it. You don't need previous marketing experience. That's rather the point.

You could get involved in:

Coming up with ideas for Instagram, TikTok and other social media
Creating posts, reels, stories, photos and other content
Showing people what happens behind the scenes at a coffee roastery
Learning about content, engagement and what actually gets people interested
Helping shape the personality of a real independent brand
Coming up with ideas that could ultimately help bring in new customers and sales

Most of the work will be remote, with occasional visits to the roastery if you need to create content.

We're looking for anything from 1-5 hours a week. At this stage, honestly, anything is better than nothing!

And here's something else: if your marketing starts bringing in customers and sales, there could be an opportunity for this to develop into paid work in the future.

You don't need to be a marketing expert. You just need to be creative, enthusiastic and willing to have a go.
