Site Operative & Tractor Operator

Job Description

 

Full time role that will provide direct support to company owners and our existing site team, key tasks will include:

Tractor driving - 125 horse power and 50 horse power tractors with various attachments including stone burier, seeder, fertliser spinner and laser grader

Operating pedestrian driven machinery including box rake, seeder and power brush

Dumper truck and ride on roller driving

Delivering materials to site using company vehicles

Construction works - to include, kerb laying, constructing aggregate sub bases, knocking up concrete and fencing installation

General labouring

Full training will be given including industry related courses (i.e. NPORS, CPCS, CSCS), ideally candidates need to have some practical experience of operating tractors / machinery and working in a construction environment but the main attribute we are looking for is a willingness to learn and a commitment to succeed.
