Seasonal Bat Surveyor

Job Description

 

This is a flexible role although we do expect dedication to the surveys you agree to undertake.
You can commit to as many or as few surveys as you want throughout the survey season. Our
ecologists have access to our company pool cars to enable us to arrive on site together
therefore the only travel expense you will incur is to our base at the Southampton Science Park
in Chilworth. Depending on travel time to each site – the main survey times are dusk surveys
which begin 30 minutes before sunset and end an hour and a half/ two hours after sunset. From May -Sept
You will be paid per survey at a rate of £55 per survey.
Once you have had the opportunity to learn about the bat survey season at enims we hope you
will still be enthusiastic to complete an application form for the position.
