Job Description

 

The owner Kimberly Fleming, has a background in interior design, film, garden design and floristry, she was previously White House florist during the Obama administration. The job is diverse and will include; bed preparation, soil enhancement, composting, irrigation management, planting, cutting, plant management and care. Competency with small agricultural machinery required. Ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers and shrubs, a commitment to sustainable farming practices and a motivation to be the lead team member in a fast growing entrepreneurial business. Flexible hours will be required at times. A motivation to understand and assist in all aspect of building a business, from sales and marketing, social media and finance are all areas of potential value addition and opportunity to learn. You will work closely with a highly motivated owner who is passionate about the opportunity to build the leading sustainable, British grown flower farm.
