Learning Support Assistant

Fixed Term until 21 July 2023
Required September 2022
40 weeks (Term time only plus 1 week)
29.15 hours per week – Mondays to Fridays 8.30am – 3.00pm

Grade C - £19,265 - £20,290 fte per annum
£13,316 to £14,208 (based on 29.15 hours per week) per annum pro rata

We are seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs & Disabilities (SEND) individually and in small groups.

Candidates will need good communication skills and the ability to clarify and explain instructions clearly. Candidates must have proven literacy and numeracy skills, equivalent to GCSE grade C and above is necessary.

If in the future you want a career in teaching then this is an excellent way to gain experience in a school setting.
