Habitats Management Assistant

Job Description

 

We have opportunities for habitat management projects across the South of England with an immediate start. Works will be ongoing Monday to Friday.

Kingfisher Ecology is looking for a confident, reliable team player to join our habitats management team.

You will be a committed team player who is self motivated with a good work ethic.

You will assist with habitat management works across the South of England.

Training will be provided to ensure your Continual Professional Development (CPD) is maintained.

Essential requirements:

- A valid driver's licence
- Strimmer and brushcutter experience
- Hedgecutter experience
- Hand tool use
- Tool maintenance

Desirable experience:
- A valid CSCS card
- Chainsaw NPTC 201/202 qualified
- Polesaw use
-Tree planting
- First Aid qualification
- IPAF qualified to use a Mobile elevation work Platform (MEWP)
