Job Description

 

You will need to be happy to be outside all year round in all weathers, keen to learn and be enthusiastic about all things gardens. The general break down of works will be 3 days of maintenance and 2 days of project work per week. The maintenance would be organised so that you will revisit the same gardens weekly or fortnightly so you can see your hard work paying off. Just a few of the maintenance tasks involved would be planting, pruning, weeding and spraying. Training will be provided where necessary. Project work would involve supporting the implementation of designs ranging from small scale to full garden redevelopments.
