Essential Requirements

Minimum RHS Level 2 qualification in Horticulture
or
Minimum 3 years’ proven experience working within large private gardens, estates, or residential garden maintenance
Strong plant knowledge and practical horticultural skills
Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
Ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence
Desirable Skills

Knowledge and experience in lawn care and hedge maintenance
Experience operating and maintaining horticultural machinery and tools
Good understanding of seasonal garden management and plant care
The Role

The successful candidate will be involved in the maintenance and upkeep of a variety of beautiful private gardens and estates. Duties will include:

General garden maintenance
Plant care and border management
Pruning and hedge cutting
Lawn maintenance
Seasonal horticultural tasks
Safe use and basic maintenance of tools and machinery
