Job Description
We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable carers for day or night shifts, including weekends, within the Hampshire & Berkshire area.
6 months of previous care experience is preferable however full training, supervision and support is given to all successful candidates.
12-hour shifts days & nights from 8am to 8pm/8pm to 8am are available.
Due to client locations, car drivers are preferable.
Our carer development centre comprises of interview and training rooms, and several specialist and fully-equipped skills labs for bespoke training to cover a wide range of client-specific needs, including:
Tracheostomy care
Invasive and non-invasive ventilation
Airway suctioning
Cough assist
Autonomic Dysreflexia
Oxygen therapy and monitoring
Bowel management
Enteral feeding
Epilepsy and seizure management
Catheter care
Complex medication administration
Behaviours which challenge
Complex moving and positioning

You must be over 18 to apply
Have the right to work in the UK

A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
