Butchers assistant/counter staff

Job Description

 

We are looking for a Saturday member of staff with additional overtime available during busy times and holiday cover.
A small butchery knowledge would be helpful but not essential as training can be given in certain areas.
A Level 2 food safety certificate and allergen training is required ,but we are happy to provide the course for this.
Main duties will be serving and dealing with customers, keeping the serving area clean and tidy, making sure display areas are topped up with stock and assisting with end of day procedures.
