Farol's ongoing growth means we have launched an exciting new "Business Trainee programme" this year at our Head Office in Thame, Oxfordshire. This is a 2 year scheme during which the successful candidates will spend their time working in various different business areas and receiving dedicated training to gain a well-rounded understanding of our business and how we operate. This will include working in the following departments:
* Online Sales
* Finance & Administration
You will also study for your Level 2 Retailer Qualification. Following the end of the 2 year scheme, you will have an input as to which area of the business you move into on a permanent basis.
