Animal Ranger/Presenter

Job Description

 

Animal Club provide animal handling sessions in schools, parties, care homes and other special events. We travel out to our customers to deliver interactive sessions that involve handling the animals and learning all about them and their environment from our knowledgeable presenters.

You need to have the following:

- your own set of animals which can be transported (presenters typically have around 8 species of animals,
which could include rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, mice, reptiles, insects and others)

- your own car and a full driving licence

- the skills to be able to speak confidently to a small group of people

- extensive knowledge about each of your animals

Full training will be provided.

Job Types: Zero hours contract, Part-time
Part-time hours: 5 - 40 per week

Salary: £18.00-£20.00 per hour
