The successful candidate will:
have good behaviour management skills
have a caring, patient approach towards children
have a calm disposition with a good sense of humour
have a positive approach that supports the schools’ visions and values
have strong interpersonal skills with children and adults
be a team player with a professional attitude
enjoys being part of a professional childcare staff team
is self-motivated
has appropriate experience of and enjoys working with the 4-11 age group
has a Childcare qualification OR is working towards one (desirable)
